mobisaar – Mobilität für Alle ist ein vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung über 5 Jahre gefördertes Forschungsprojekt.
Ziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Mobilitätsmöglichkeiten für ältere Menschen, Behinderte und im Grundsatz auch Bewohnern ländlicher Gegenden im Saarland.
Die in mobisaar zu entwickelnden Dienstleistungen und Techniken sollen dazu beitragen, bestehende Barrieren im ÖPNV zu überwinden und damit die Attraktivität des öffentlichen Verkehrsangebotes zu steigern.
Mit dem Projekt wird der Service, der im Vorgängerprojekt MOBIA in Saarbrücken etabliert wurde, an das neue mobisaar-Konzept angepasst und in mehreren Schritten auf das gesamte Saarland ausgedehnt und ist bereits im Regionalverband Saarbrücken, im Landkreis Saarlouis im Landkreis Neunkirchen und im Saarpfalz-Kreis verfügbar.
Kernelemente sind eine von sog.
Mobilitätslotsen angebotene Dienstleistung (Ein- und Ausstiegshilfe, Begleitservice) verbunden mit einer technologischen Anwendung (Fahrgast-App, Lotsen-App).
Mit der hier angebotenen Fahrgast-App können Nutzer vor Fahrtbeginn die gewünschte Unterstützung durch Lotsen anfordern.mobisaar - Mobility for All is a research project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research for 5 years.
